Acueducto de Les Ferreres

Tarragona

The aqueduct was built during the rule of Emperor Augustus, in the 1st century AD, in order to connect two hills separated by a deep ravine and supplying water to the city of Tarraco. It was 217 m in length and a maximum height of 27 m.
